Based in Nashik, near Mumbai, Prime Graphite Pvt. Ltd. is India’s largest graphite machining facility and a recognized market leader in precision-engineered graphite products. With over 25 years of experience, we are proud to be the country’s largest provider of high-quality machined graphite components.
Exclusively representing Tokai Carbon Co. Ltd, Japan since 1998 to source premium graphite grades and enhance its value through our state-of-the-art machining setup. Our business is structured across three specialized divisions:
1. EDM Division
We supply precision-machined graphite electrodes to the die and mould industry. With the largest market share in India, our products are known for superior accuracy and industry-leading delivery performance.
2. High-Temperature Division
We manufacture custom graphite components such as crucibles, heating elements, casting dies, plungers, and molds. Our solutions serve a wide range of industries, including optical fiber, vacuum furnaces, hot press sintering, aluminium foundries, gold casting, and continuous casting.
3. New Energy Division
As part of India’s green energy transition, we are proud to introduce locally manufactured graphite components for advanced applications. These include graphite boats and spares for PECVD processes, hot zone parts for silicon wafer ingot production, and components for the semiconductor industry.

A Tokai Subsidiary TKK, offers EREMA-Silicon Carbide heating elements for high temperature applications. TKK’s wide experience since 1927 integrates with today’s modern technology to provide reliable heating elements for our customers across the world.
TKK also offers Recryte, a High temperature SiC material for furnaces & other high temperature applications.

Steelfluid stands out for its innovative capabilities in developing products for EDM and Metalworking, operating on the Italian and international market.
Steelfluid is an Italian Company based in Genoa, part of Synthesis S.p.a. group of Parma, and it has ensured state-of-the-art products for 25 + years, interpreting the application requirements for every specific situation, thus providing concrete solutions.
The dielectric fluids and EDM products are among the key products in the wide range of metalworking fluids, accounting for the worldwide reference standard.
